To provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Secretarial team whilst gaining valuable experience into the Corporate Secretarial services.
The experience will be helpful to the candidate who is looking to avail themselves for more job opportunities than the basic core subject. The candidate can look forward to an insight into the operations of a company to be compliant with the Companies Act.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping up with due dates for ACRA filings.
- Support the senior in statutory filings with ACRA.
- Manual filings of Minutes and Resolutions.
- Maintenance of an efficient hardcopy filing system.
- Administrative support for Client on-boarding or review procedures.
- SupportingĀ the Senior in gathering documents for applications for Employment and Dependent Passes.
- Any other administrative support as and when needed
