The Design and Video Content Specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and engaging video content to support marketing and branding initiatives. This role requires a combination of strong design skills, video production expertise, and a creative mindset to deliver impactful visual assets across various channels.
- Develop and produce high-quality visual designs and video content, including but not limited to graphics, animations, promotional videos, social media assets, and product demos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Create visually appealing and user-centric designs that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing strategies.
- Utilize industry-standard design tools and video editing software to produce and edit compelling visual content.
- Manage the end-to-end video production process, including concept development, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Optimize video content for different platforms and formats, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and shareability.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and video production techniques to incorporate innovative ideas and techniques into projects.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed for specialized design or video production requirements.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand consistency across all design and video content.
- Ensure all design and video assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, video production, or a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a combination of design and video content creation skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
- Experience with video production equipment, lighting, sound recording, and video editing techniques
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software (After Effects, Animate, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their specific design and video requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
