We are inviting a self-driven individual with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, work ethic and decision-making skills to join our internal finance team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the monthly financial pack, bank reconciliation, manage AR and AP
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Manage inter-company transactions and reconciliation
- Assist in year-end reporting pack
- Assist in the preparation of GST returns
- Assist in administrative matters and any other ad-hoc assignments in the finance team
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in NetSuite / OpenAir Oracle would be an added advantage
- Commercial outlook – able to relate to the business not just the numbers
- Meticulous, proactive with a positive and willing-to-learn attitude
- Able to work independently and be a great team player
