We are looking out for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in the growth of the Operations team. This is a permanent position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage/assist in the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions, including recruitment and termination of employees, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations.
- Maintain employee data in information systems and personal files.
- Prepare appropriate documentations in defined HR functions, including letters, reports, agreements, and internal communications.
- Administer the annual performance appraisal process as aligned with Mazars guideline.
- Work closely with cross function teams to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Possess minimum a Diploma in related discipline such as Business Management/ Human Resource.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a professional services firm. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer-literacy skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Team player who is also able to work effectively independently.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and effective in fostering good working relationships with all levels.
- Meticulous, structured, and proactive individual.
