INTERMEDIATE (Full Time or Part Time)
As part of the Accounting and Outsourcing Solutions (AOS) team, within Business Services you will provide outstanding services to local and international clients across a diverse range of industries. You will be a key contributor to our fast growing business and will help to build our future as well as your own career. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can delight clients through the provision of high quality, technology enabled solutions, who will become the main point of contact for the day to day delivery of services and has the ability to work under pressure to tight timeframes. We are able to offer a full time or a part time position to suite school hours.

The Responsibilities Include:
• Management accounts preparation and month end close processes, including reconciliations and journal processing.
• Prepare, process and manage client payroll including payroll tax and workers compensation reconciliations
• Preparation and lodgment of monthly/quarterly business and instalment activity statements
• Assist with ATO registration matters and ASIC matters
• Assist with bank and payment matters
• Reporting in a timely and accurate manner to client queries
• Assist in supervision and training along with the review of work prepared by junior staff
• Keep manager informed of progress and any issues arising
• Assist Business Advisory colleagues with the preparation of annual financial statements and tax return for companies and trusts
• Progress towards providing business advisory services to key business stakeholders

To Apply For This Position You Will Need To Have:
• Recent and local Bookkeeping experience
• A Bachelor of Commerce degree from Australia or equivalent or 10 years’ local experience in Bookkeeping
• A CA/CPA ideal but not essential
• MYOB or XERO experience ideal but not essential if worked with other similar software
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Permanent Residency or Citizenship
