JOB AT A GLANCE

The Junior Payroll Officer will be a member of the Payroll team. (S)he will ensure accurate processing & recording of client’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry Payroll processing, which includes monthly payroll, social security administration, year-end adjustments, also filing individual income tax return.

Depending on the performance of the person, (s)he will be offered an opportunity to be transferred to Mazars overseas offices.

希望者はパフォーマンスに応じて、Mazarsの海外拠点に移転する機会を与えられます。

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Primary responsibility for selected clients
  • Payroll calculation related work (using PCA Kyuyo software)
  • Management of social insurance, labour insurance and other tax related items for new joiners and leavers at clients
  • Payroll payment setting management (payroll, social insurance and other legal insurances, income taxes, online banking, e-tax)
  • Support work (mailing, preparing withholding tax slips, payroll slips etc.)

  • 入退社手続(社会保険、労働保険、税金関係)
  • 給与支払い設定(給与、各社会保険、所得税納付、オンラインバンキング、e-tax)
  • サポート業務(送付書、退職者の源泉徴収票作成、給与明細作成、書類の発送)

REQUIRED SKILLS

✓  More than 2 years of working experience in payroll (either in-house / outsource)
✓  Good Microsoft Excel skills (can use functions e.g. VLOOKUP)
✓  Significant Travel experience is a plus
✓  Sales background with excellent customer skills is a plus
✓  Engaging and outgoing personality
✓  Enjoy working collectively with other bright people
✓  Able to work in a diversified cultural environment
✓  Has excellent organizational and time management skills
✓  Able to liaise well with others and deal with confidential materials
✓  Able to pay attention to details
